Apply online at suriname.vfsevisa.com. This is required for most visitors and must be completed before arrival.
Go to icf.sr to complete the form. It’s a simple health declaration required by Surinamese authorities.
After submitting your ICF form, you’ll receive a confirmation with a QR code. Screenshot it or print it, you’ll need to show it upon arrival.
